I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Cornell University's ILR School.
My research focuses on understanding the current diversity landscape by examining the psychological and contextual factors that shape when and which diversity efforts successfully improve stakeholder outcomes and experiences.
I received my undergraduate degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas and earned my PhD from Columbia University.
